Welcome to my new blog on the Paleo Diet (PD). I decided to start this blog after reading Loren Cordain's The Paleo Diet and The Paleo Diet for Athletes, which is an adaptation of his original book that he co-authored with Joe Friel. The books inspired me to start writing because they make sense and are extremely relevant to the health crisis that is currently facing our Nation.
The goal of this blog is to further the base of knowledge regarding the PD, encourage others to incorporate the PD into their lives, and serve as self-motivation for my own efforts to change my life for the better.
A word of caution. I am not a PHD, Certified Personal Trainer, or Registered Dietitian. The views I express in this blog are my own, and/or are adapted from readings, cited appropriately.
